DEEPER THE EDUCATIONAL ISSUES IN HISTORICAL CONTEXT.           3.1                Educators who contributed to the development of children with and without disabilities.  

             The current teacher to understand the inclusion of children withlearning disabilities have to first understand the history ofeducation, which relates how these were dealt with disabled children, from the beginningtimes to the present day. It is also necessary to increase knowledge aboutsome educators and methodologies that have reached the satisfactory results inhis time.         

        We will discuss about these educators who contributed much indeveloping the creation of teaching methods, where much of hispedagogical proposals is currently used in classrooms fordevelopment of children with and without disabilities through these worksteaching.         

         The work of some great educators will be quoted in order to have oneBrief background of ideas, which contributed to the development of children orwithout intellectual disabilities.

         MONTESSORI, was an important educator whocollaborated in the development of the education of children with learning difficulties,developed a training program for these children, using usesystematic and manipulation of concrete objects.     

        Rousseau brought new ideas that helped in the education of the time, andinterest in combating those old and outdated ideas, especially thethat a child's education should be directed to adult interests and lifeadult.

       He defended the idea that the child was a being with characteristicsthemselves in their ideas and interests, and thus could not be seen as aminiature adult.    

          Pestalozzi believed in his pedagogical proposal in policy formation,moral and religious, and educational institution should be well organized.

          Theeducation, he said, was building the absolute right of the child to have developedthe powers given by God. His enthusiasm made the rulers to reflect theinterest in education of children from disadvantaged classes.    

           According to the history of education, Pestalozzi influenced Froebel, but althoughinfluenced by him, had its independence and had its critics sides,developing their own educational principles. His educational ideaswere considered in his time politically radical, defendedgenetic development also gave an important stage of growth.     

         A name that also stood out was Freinet which was also a greateducator and defended in his time the idea of a school-centeredchild development and importance of manual activities.   

            In the historical context quote the Decroly educator, his work was soimportant as the others mentioned educators, he believed that

knowledgethis everywhere, in the field, in the living room, garden, museum, the tour, on the farm,in travel among other places.       

           Vygotsky also interested in the development of children withdisability proposes that the analysis of a disabled child should not be limitedonly to physical problems, these thoughts gave one characterpathological disability, putting an organic condition above any othergiving a negative view that the disabled child has no recovery. hesought to develop the potential of with mental disabilities childenhancing the qualitative aspects of development.

           Addressing child behavior and development, workPiaget contributed much in the pedagogical area because he also dedicated his workin understanding child development, their ideas brought a largeadvance education, which has developed a great job in their research.

       

         He contributed much to education, developing research on thechild development, where he believed the child is like a beingdynamic that every moment can interact with reality.

        Maria Montessori and its importance in the education of children with disabilitiesmental. Maria Montessori was an important educator who also contributed to theevolution of mentally disabled children education, developed atraining program for these children, also using the systematic useand manipulation of concrete objects.

        His techniques for teaching disabledmental been tried in various countries in Europe.
